Seminar Summary:  The session will look at emerging contaminants in groundwater that we as an industry are currently or will face in the future.  We will look at current and future concern such as PFAS/PFOA, pharmaceuticals, changes in manganese legislation, as well as potential impacts from climate change and droughts. The session will provide on what is known, how the federal government is acting, how states are responding, and how we as an industry can act. The session is not intended to be a high level, in-depth deep dive, but an overview for the active groundwater professional.
