The Mountain States Ground Water Expo invites you to exhibit at our Expo 2022. The Expo will again be held at the Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin. Hosted by the Ground Water and Water Well Associations of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah, this is THE show to exhibit at and reach qualified buyers of your products and services. In addition to members of these Associations, other individuals involved in the water supply industry are also in attendance.

In order to give more firms an opportunity to exhibit at our Expo, please limit your inside booth spaces to a maximum of two. To guarantee your selected space(s), be sure to get your reservation in early. Booth rental includes 8’x10’ booth, 8’ table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket and identification sign (7”x 44”). There will be an additional charge for electrical, extra furniture and shipping or receiving. Exhibit information offering these will be sent to you at a later date.

Booths will be assigned according to the date your signed contract and payment is received. Upon receipt, confirmation will be sent with booth assignment. Every effort will be made to assign booth space according to preferences indicated on your contract. Booth sizes may change slightly based upon fire code restrictions.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
50% of payment will be refunded if written cancellation is received by December 15, 2021. No refunds will be given after that time. If the show is cancelled, your registration fee will be fully refunded, minus any donations to the Buck Lively Scholarship Fund.
The Mountain States Ground Water Expo or any member or employee of the aforementioned organization shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by an exhibitor, their employees or property. The exhibitor, upon execution of this contract, expressly releases the foregoing named party, individuals and employees from any and all claims for such loss, injury or damage. Upon acceptance of the agreement by Mountain States Ground Water Expo, it shall be a legally binding agreement between the exhibitor and Mountain States Ground Water Expo. The Expo will do all in its power to cooperate with its exhibitors to make this show successful for all concerned.
